Risk Disclosure

1. Leveraged trading can lose more than you deposit
Gold is commonly traded as a leveraged contract for difference. You put up a fraction of the position value as margin, but profit and loss are calculated on the full position. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and a small adverse move can lose substantially more than your initial margin.
- Leverage multiplies both upside and downside.
- Losses can exceed the margin you deposited.
- Gold can move quickly and gap around major economic events.
- Stop-loss orders do not guarantee execution at the requested price in fast or illiquid markets.
2. Automation and execution risk
The Auto Suite is software. Software, connectivity, broker infrastructure and market conditions can fail or behave unexpectedly. Automated execution can be delayed, duplicated, rejected or filled at a different price. A heartbeat, retry or reconciliation control reduces these risks; it does not eliminate them.
3. What the Syndicate is not
The Gold Syndicate is an execution and technology provider. It is not a bank, fund, collective investment scheme, custodian, investment manager or financial adviser. It does not hold client capital, does not manage accounts by discretion, and does not guarantee any result.
- Nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation or a solicitation to trade.
- Every client is responsible for their own decisions, their own broker relationship and their own risk.
- Access may be refused or withdrawn where the service cannot be provided lawfully.
4. No regulatory authorisation is claimed
The Gold Syndicate does not claim authorisation or regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulator for the provision of investment advice or the management of client money. If you are unsure whether leveraged gold trading is suitable for you, seek independent professional advice before you begin.
5. Past performance
Any historical or backtested information made available to an approved client is provided for context only. It is not a reliable indicator of future results, does not represent actual client trading, and must not be read as a promise of profit.
